Hexagons ( I am blown away) Cryogen The sickness in you and I (I love the outro leading into …..) Unraveling The Dark Forest (except the chanting..) Hush (I was worried when I saw it was a duet..) All great songs and all feel fresh and new, yet parts familiar to Black Holes and Revelations and Drones and even 2nd law and a hint of OOS thrown in. Yet even with all the sounds that are so uniquely MUSE it still sounds fresh. This album I wish was longer yet it sits just right and I enjoy listening to it front to back with no skips… The guitar in Hexagons, Cryogen and the Sickness is stellar and even though Unraveling is a older song it is glorious and fits perfectly with this set. Kudos, Bravo. 👏. Thank you Muse for bringing back Space Prog Rock. Been a fan since ‘99 and you haven’t let me down yet.

What an amazing album so blown away hard to even pick out a song that stands out because they all stand out! Blown away can’t wait to see them live in July!!

So, Muse lost me before the last album came out. I got the first 2 singles and fizzled out… So, I was skeptical. I thought the title was horrible and didn’t think this would be amazing… BUT IT IS !!!! No lie, this album is everything I wanted it to be! Probably seriously in their top 3 albums!!!! Love it!!!

I’ve been waiting years for a new Muse album, and The Wow! Signal was absolutely worth it. If I have one criticism, it’s simply that the gap between albums is too long. Four years is a long wait when a band consistently delivers music at this level. From the opening moments of “The Dark Forest” through the closing notes of “Space Debris,” this album feels like Muse at their best. Tracks like “Hexagons,” “Cryogen,” and “Nightshift Superstar” showcase everything that has always made the band unique: massive melodies, intricate arrangements, soaring orchestration, crushing guitar work, and electronic textures that never feel gimmicky. Every song has a purpose, and the album flows as a complete experience rather than just a collection of singles. Matt Bellamy continues to prove why he’s one of the most creative composers in modern rock. His ability to blend cinematic orchestration, progressive rock, electronic influences, and unforgettable hooks is almost unmatched. The sweeping harmonies and layered instrumentation create moments that genuinely give you chills, while the quieter passages provide just enough contrast to make the heavier moments hit even harder. Muse has always excelled at writing music that feels larger than life, but this record also carries a surprising amount of emotional weight. It balances technical musicianship with memorable songwriting in a way very few bands can achieve. For me, this is easily one of the strongest albums in Muse’s catalog, and it’ll be on repeat for a long time. I just hope we don’t have to wait another four years for the next one.

I know I am going to have the album on repeat just from 2 songs. I am never disappointed in a MUSE album. Not one. Already have tickets to their show in Dallas, August 14th! Update: Just listened to the album in its entirety and I have to say, MUSE kills it!! Honestly one of their best albums. I love every one of them, but this is just next level for them! Brilliant!!!

They are starting to get too pop.

Loving the familiar sounds of early Muse in the music! Easily one of the best Muse albums! The songs are so memorable and each have their own vibe, but all fit together to make a killer album.
